Credit Recovery
The firm also represents domestic and international clients in credit recovery, supported by the use of various platforms for cross-identification of assets, and actively working to expedite judicial procedures.
In judicial cases, we prioritize constant contact with judges, appellate justices, and court ministers to ensure the case receives due attention during its judgment. We advocate objectively, utilizing Design Law (infographics, diagrams, and even video presentations) to facilitate the understanding of dense and complex information. To this end, we maintain partnerships with communication companies and graphic content creators.
